Purpose of the project
To strengthen the sustainability mindset and environmental awareness of older adults, helping them adopt eco-friendly habits, develop digital skills, and actively contribute to building sustainable and inclusive communities.

Project target audience
Older adults aged 50+, especially those with fewer opportunities due to social, economic, or educational barriers, as well as adult educators and local communities interested in sustainability and lifelong learning.
Results
The project will produce online learning materials, a Sustainable Cooking Recipes Guide, and a new learning model for older adults based on active and experiential methods. Participants will gain green skills, improved digital competencies, and greater motivation to adopt sustainable lifestyles and share these practices within their communities.
Main activities of the project
The project includes international events, digital competence courses, and the creation of online learning materials focused on sustainability. Activities involve workshops on green skills, sustainable cooking, and responsible daily practices, as well as dissemination events to share results and promote community engagement.
