Sessions will be held at the Valmiera makerspace DARE, providing an opportunity to develop new skills in a creative and practical environment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Upon successful completion of the training, participants will have the opportunity to gain practical experience in companies within the Valmiera municipality, reinforcing acquired skills and supporting their integration into the labour market.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cThis training cycle is not only about knowledge \u2013 it is about building confidence, encouragement, and taking practical steps toward employment and a more stable everyday life,\u201d emphasize the project implementers.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">What does the second training cycle offer?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Labour Market Skills Modules<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The training programme includes several interconnected modules:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Career Development<\/strong> \u2013 participants identify their strengths, skills, and interests, develop a personal career development plan, and explore various labour market opportunities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Digital Skills for Employment<\/strong> \u2013 online job search, professional email and social media use, as well as an introduction to artificial intelligence tools and cybersecurity.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Financial Literacy<\/strong> \u2013 understanding salary calculations, taxes, social contributions, and personal budget planning.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>CV and Job Interview Preparation<\/strong> \u2013 creating a professional CV and motivation letter, preparing for job interviews, and developing communication skills.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Workplace Culture and Ethics<\/strong> \u2013 teamwork, respectful communication, conflict resolution, and professional conduct in the workplace.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Life Skills Modules<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In addition to labour market skills, significant attention is given to personal development:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Holistic Health and Well-being<\/strong> \u2013 balancing physical, emotional, and social health, including self-care practices.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Identity and Values<\/strong> \u2013 strengthening personal and cultural identity and making decisions aligned with one\u2019s values.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Motivation and Belonging<\/strong> \u2013 fostering internal motivation and strengthening a sense of belonging and community participation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Autonomy and Community Strength<\/strong> \u2013 balancing personal independence with belonging to a community.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Mindfulness and Parenting Role<\/strong> \u2013 positive parenting approaches, strengthening parent-child relationships, and responsible decision-making within the family.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Participant Experiences from the First Training Cycle<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Feedback from the first cycle highlights the practical and inspiring impact of the programme:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cIt was good that the trainers understood Roma culture and spoke in a way that was easy to understand.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cLearning how to write a CV was very useful \u2013 it will really help in job searching.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cI liked learning about artificial intelligence and how it can be used in everyday life and work.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cThe motivation topic was inspiring \u2013 there were examples showing that we can also achieve more.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cIt was important that we could learn from one
