The aim was to help people with special needs develop the skills, confidence, and knowledge needed to prepare for employment or further education.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Using a project-based learning method, the training combined lectures, hands-on exercises, and group discussions. Participants learned how to write a CV and a personal letter, how to present themselves positively, and how to prepare for a job interview. Key topics also included equal rights, social competence, and workplace safety.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Participants shared their personal stories, discovered their strengths, and found new motivation for the future.
