Our goal is to increase the potential, confidence and entrepreneurial skills of students, as well as to support the formation of international youth business teams. The project aims to provide knowledge and experience so that in the future young people can create their own companies that can compete for local and global markets.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">During Teaming UP, at least 60 young people from Valmiera Vocational Training centre (Latvia), Valga Vocational Training centre (Estonia) and Mercuria Business College (Finland) will acquire the skills needed to establish and manage international and export-capable companies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Students and teachers will implement a brand new and unique international program \u201cTeaming UP\u201d.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"inherit-container-width wp-block-group project-detail is-layout-constrained wp-block-group-is-layout-constrained\">\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Project implementation period:<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">June 2020 \u2013 May is-layout-constrained wp-block-group-is-layout-constrained\">\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Project budget:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The total budget of the project is 538,966.29 euros, of which 434,647.86 euros is co-financing from the European Regional Development Fund.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"inherit-container-width wp-block-group project-detail is-layout-constrained wp-block-group-is-layout-constrained\">\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Main activities of the project:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Creating international student business teams;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Local networking events within project partner organizations;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Developed \u201cTeaming UP\u201d programme methodology;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Team consultations with internationally successful entreoreneurship mentors;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>8 online workshops and 1 bootcamp (also happened online in February 2021):\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Workshops for boosting Teaming Up community and business ideas to helo them grow;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Customer profile &amp; Marketing 101;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Product development and design;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Finance planning;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Digital marketing and ecommerce;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>How to pitch;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pitching to investors event and Final Conference<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u201cTeaming UP\u201d programme sustainability plan;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"inherit-container-width wp-block-group project-detail is-layout-constrained wp-block-group-is-layout-constrained\">\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Results:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>12 international student business teams formed;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>More that 60 students took part in international business teams and more that 120 participated in international project events;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>We have developed \u201cTeaming Up\u201d programme Methodology;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Events organized for the international student business teams: 1 bootcamp, 1 international team formation event, 3 local project informative events, 8 online workshops, 3 inspirational days to local entrepreneurs;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Students together with mentors attended 3 mentor speed-date sessions;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>International teams took part in developing their prototypes in Valmiera Makerspace DARE;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>International student business teams attended pitching preparation event in Tallinn where they developed their presentation skills;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>11 international student business team representatives attended\u00a0 pitching to investors event and presented their business ideas;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>We have developed \u201cTeaming Up\u201d programme Sustainability plan.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong><a
